About the role
This Staff RF Design Engineer position involves CMOS IC design expertise in sub-GHz to 2.4 GHz bands, working on radio technology.
What you'll do
- Lead the design, simulation, and optimization of baseband and RF blocks.
- Conduct lab measurements and performance characterization.
- Provide ATE support and contribute to regulatory compliance assessment.
What you'll need
- Degree in Electronics Engineering.
- 3+ years’ semiconductor industry experience.
- Hands-on expertise in one or more of: LDOs, regulators, Bandgap references, power-on reset, ADCs (Sigma-Delta, SAR), LNAs, mixers, filters, Power amplifiers (sub-GHz or 2.4 GHz).
- Proficiency in English.
Nice to have
- Masters/PhD with 5+ years’ experience.
- RC and XTAL oscillator design.
- Knowledge of ESD protection strategies.
- Mixed-mode simulation experience (Symphony or equivalent).
- EM simulation tools (SiWave, HFSS, EMX).
