About the role
This role involves owning the product reliability and quality of integrated circuits from development through production to ensure products meet industry standards, customer expectations, and long-term performance requirements.
What you'll do
- Coordinate product reliability qualification, test scheduling, and data analysis for NPI, ORT, quality incident activities.
- Drive failure analysis activities and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare qualification plans and reports for internal teams and customers.
- Investigate reliability issues and identify root causes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on reliability qualification, failure analysis, risk assessment for quality incident, and proactively drive risk mitigation.
What you'll need
- MS or PhD degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or related fields with a minimum of 8+ years work experience in reliability engineering related to integrated circuits or other semiconductor components.
- Good knowledge of IC reliability test methodologies (eg, HTOL, ELFR, HTDR/LTDR, ESD/LU, uHAST, TCT, HTSL, BHAST, etc), physical mechanisms, reliability acceleration models, statistical analysis, and FA techniques.
- Familiarity with industry standards, such as JEDEC families, AEC-Q100/Q006.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Experience in collaborating with global, cross-functional engineering teams.
- Proficient in written and verbal English communications.
