About the role
This role is responsible for the joint development of power technologies and the optimization of process integrations within the Manufacturing and Operations team.
What you'll do
- Be responsible for the joint development of power technologies including technology ramp-up after production release.
- Develop and optimize process integrations to enhance stability, reliability, and yield while reducing production costs.
- Identify root causes and define sustainable corrective actions for process deviations.
- Sustain volume production using knowledge of process and equipment capabilities.
- Execute delivery decisions for production goods and utilize statistical methods for yield planning and enhancement.
- Analyze and interpret electrical characterizations for various power technologies from a product engineering perspective.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for production, quality management, the business unit, and backend manufacturing sites.
What you'll need
- A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Chemistry, Mathematics, or a comparable scientific field.
- Experience with methods and tools for statistical evaluation and data processing.
- Fluency in English.
