This role involves the design, implementation, and improvement of Analog Mixed Circuits for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) products.
What you'll do
- Interpret product specifications and design circuits to meet required functionality.
- Design and implement Complex Analog Mixed Circuits such as CMOS Amplifiers, Comparators, Bandgap references, V2I converters, LDOs, charge pumps, Oscillators, DLL, IO circuits (DDR/LPDDR), Delays, Process and temperature sensors.
- Integrate modules with Power delivery network and propose design solutions for optimum performance.
- Validate and optimize design for reliability (Device stress, Aging effect).
- Perform EM/IR simulation and optimize layout to achieve best circuit performance.
- Oversee and manage the layout process including floor-planning, placement, and routing.
- Perform circuit simulations using standard industry simulators such as FINESIM, HSPICE, and VERILOG.
What you'll need
- Deep understanding of Array and its peripheral circuits.
- Experience with custom digital circuit design and validation.
- Knowledge of parasitic modeling.
- Experience assisting in design validation, reticle experiments, and required tape-out revisions.
- Proficiency in verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry standard simulators.
- Expertise in reliability and degradation verification.
