About the role
As a Staff Design Verification Engineer at Micron Technology, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing digital and analog circuits used in the development of memory products.
What you'll do
- Contribute to the development of new product opportunities by assisting with the overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits.
- Perform parasitic modeling and assist in design validation, reticle experiments, and required tape-out revisions.
- Manage layout processes, including floor-planning, placement, and routing.
- Execute verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry standard simulators.
- Collaborate with Product Engineering, Test, Probe, Process Integration, Assembly, and Marketing to ensure manufacturability.
- Solicit guidance from Standards, CAD, modeling, and verification groups to improve design quality.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of design experience, or a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of experience.
- Experience building automation pipelines or tooling in an engineering environment.
- Experience working on larger datasets using Python common ML/data libraries.
- Experience developing new transactors and hybrid emulation models.
- Understanding of Agentic AI or willingness to learn Agentic AI to help develop efficient workflows.
