About the role
This role involves the design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits, with a focus on Complex Analog Power Management IPs for advanced DRAM products.
What you'll do
- Assist with the overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits.
- Design, implement, and improve Complex Analog Power Management IPs such as Bandgap reference, Voltage/Current reference, Regulators, Charge-pumps, CMOS Amplifiers, and Comparators.
- Manage parasitic modeling and assist in design validation, reticle experiments, and required tape-out revisions.
- Oversee the layout process including floor-planning, placement, and routing.
- Perform verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry standard simulators.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Probe, Assembly, Test, Process Integration, and Product Engineering groups to ensure product manufacturability.
What you'll need
- Experience with overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits.
- Proficiency in designing, implementing, and improving Complex Analog Power Management IPs like Bandgap reference, Voltage/Current reference, Regulators, Charge-pumps, CMOS Amplifiers, and Comparators.
- Ability to manage parasitic modeling and assist in design validation, reticle experiments, and tape-out revisions.
- Experience with layout process including floor-planning, placement, and routing.
- Skills in verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry standard simulators.
