Design, develop, and optimize DRAM memory technologies.
About the role
This role involves crafting and optimizing digital, analog, and memory circuits for new memory products. You will build solutions that improve quality, reliability, manufacturability, and product performance.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and optimize memory, logic, and analog circuits for new memory products.
- Perform circuit validation, parasitic modeling, reticle experiments, and tape-out revisions.
- Lead layout activities including floorplanning, placement, routing, verification, modeling, and simulation.
- Collaborate across Product Engineering, Test, Probe, Process Integration, Assembly, and Marketing to solve technical challenges.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, with 10+ years of relevant industry experience; or a master’s degree with 7+ years; or a Ph.D. with 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Proficiency in CMOS circuit development and semiconductor device physics.
- Experience with power network analysis and circuit optimization techniques.
- Experience with Verilog modeling, simulation tools, and state-machine design or verification methodologies.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills in design verification, debugging, and semiconductor circuit analysis.
Nice to have
- Experience with memory technologies such as DRAM, NAND, or other advanced memory architectures.
- Knowledge of semiconductor layout processes, including floorplanning, placement, and routing.
- Experience working with industry-standard simulation and verification environments.
- Experience using AI-enabled tools to support semiconductor development, analysis, or engineering workflows.
