Design and analyze analog and digital circuits for DRAM memory products.
About the role
This role involves designing and analyzing analog and digital circuits at the core of memory products, directly shaping their performance, cost, and reliability.
What you'll do
- Design, optimize, and verify block-level analog and mixed-signal circuits for DRAM.
- Evaluate new circuit topologies to improve block PPAC.
- Expand verification coverage to strengthen robustness and mass-production yield.
- Partner with global design groups and guide layout through post-layout simulation.
- Support silicon-to-simulation correlation.
- Apply agentic AI and automation tools to improve design quality and efficiency.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 6+ years of semiconductor design or manufacturing experience.
- Proven silicon success in analog or mixed-signal IC design.
- Experience designing regulators, charge pumps, oscillators, current references, bandgaps, or comparators.
- Proficiency with SPICE and Verilog modeling and simulation.
- Experience working across technical and non-technical teams.
Nice to have
- MSEE with 6+ years or BSEE with 8+ years of analog or mixed-signal IC design experience.
- 5+ years of circuit debugging with cross-functional teams.
- Strong experience with UNIX and the Cadence design environment (schematic, simulation, SPF extraction).
- Familiarity with Synopsys tools.
Skills: DRAM, analog and mixed-signal circuits, regulators, charge pumps, oscillators, SPICE and Verilog modeling, Cadence design environment
