About the role
As a member of the Machine Learning Acceleration team at Annapurna Labs, you will be responsible for the design and optimization of hardware in data centers. You will develop thermal and mechanical solutions across server infrastructure from low-level circuit integration through to high-volume manufacturing.

- Design and build thermal and mechanical systems for large-scale data center server deployments. - Develop hardware solutions spanning circuit-level considerations up to large-scale system designs. - Guide the implementation of thermal and mechanical packaging through to high-volume manufacturing. - Optimize hardware designs for system performance, quality, and cost.
What you'll need
- Experience in thermal and mechanical packaging design for hardware systems. - Demonstrated experience taking hardware designs through to high-volume manufacturing. - Experience delivering hardware solutions for server or data center deployments.
