About the role
This role leads and develops a team of manufacturing technicians in a high-volume, high-precision semiconductor fab environment. You will be responsible for executing daily production plans, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
What you'll do
- Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet throughput, quality, cost, and cycle-time objectives.
- Execute production schedules, capacity plans, and work priorities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including yield, equipment utilization, scrap, and on-time delivery.
- Supervise and develop a team of manufacturing technicians and operators.
- Enforce compliance with safety procedures, cleanroom protocols, and EHS standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, yield, and cycle time using Lean / Six Sigma principles.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Semiconductor Manufacturing experience.
- Cleanroom Operations experience.
- People Leadership skills.
- Continuous Improvement knowledge.
- Lean Manufacturing Principles understanding.
