About the role
As a Sr Staff, Supply Chain Specialist, you will manage day-to-day supply chain operations, order fulfillment, supplier coordination, and ERP transactions.
What you'll do
- Review sales order reports daily to identify new orders and process them for fulfillment.
- Establish ship commitments and ensure orders are fulfilled within committed timelines.
- Execute all required transactions within the ERP system workflow, from order acknowledgment through fulfillment.
- Manage supply chain exceptions and expedite orders as needed to prevent production or fulfillment disruptions.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to confirm lead times, resolve delivery issues, and manage purchase orders.
- Monitor order status and proactively identify potential risks or delays.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in supply chain operations within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems such as Fishbowl, Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint or equivalent productivity tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, trusting relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
