About the role
As a Sr. Staff Optical Test Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic product engineering team working on advanced technologies including Server & Network Processor.
What you'll do
- Debug and characterize new product performance of digital/analog circuits.
- Craft solutions by looking at volume data, analyses, and test lab experimentation to solve challenging yield and test problems.
- Lead optimization and continuous improvement efforts on production test screen specification definition processes.
- Help and support RMA testing, customer facing, and QnR teams during customer escalations.
- Define yield and manufacturing specification for various test insertions (Wafer Sort, Final Test, SLT).
- Play a lead role in test flow optimization, test time reduction, and insertion removals.
- Work with design and DFT/DFM groups to define and enhance yield and test methodology.
- Play a key role in new product qualification before volume production as well as new package/fab qualification.
What you'll need
- Minimum 4+ years in semiconductor test engineering experience.
- Solid background in ATE testing, test methodology, silicon process, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing.
- Experience in Agilent 83K or 93K testers.
Nice to have
- Product development and Mixed Signal testing experience.
