About the role
This role involves designing analog and mixed-signal ICs for power management products with BiCMOS/DMOS technologies, focusing on AC-DC/Lighting applications. The products include PFC converter, isolated DC-DC converter, HV buck, LDO, and LED driver.
What you'll do
- Design analog/mixed-signal power management ICs.
- Perform circuit synthesis from transistor/resistor level up to system level.
- Conduct circuit simulation.
- Supervise layout.
- Participate in the entire product development cycle from definition to release.
- Assist ATE development with Design-For-Test methods.
What you'll need
- PhD / MSEE with 3+ years of Semiconductor and/or Analog circuit design experience.
- Experience with DC/DC converter or AC/DC converter design.
- Understanding of common ACDC converters, such as PFC, LLC, Flyback, Buck, LED driver.
- Experience with high voltage process and product design.
- Experience with mixed-signal design.
