The position focuses on ensuring the reliability of semiconductor solutions.
What you'll do
- Develop test plans based on customer requirements and associated documentation.
- Measure and test electronic devices using semiconductor parametric test equipment.
- Prepare reliability reports and communicate findings to internal and external customers.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in reliability testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics.
- Familiarity with parametric test systems, Labview, and Visual Basic.
- Proficiency in MS Word and EXCEL.
- Advanced math and problem-solving skills.
- Data analysis skills.
- Familiarity with failure rate mathematics and lifetime models such as Blacks Equation and TDDB linear field model.
- Familiarity with stress testing such as HAST, HTOL, TC, and MSL.
