About the role
As Sr. Project Manager, you will lead Nexperia's most complex and business-critical digitalization projects, from initiation through to adoption and value realization.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digitalization projects and programs, from business case through deployment, hypercare, and handover to operations.
- Structure transformation programs by bundling smaller initiatives into a coherent roadmap with clear dependencies, milestones, and value targets.
- Set up and run project governance, including steering committees, stage gates, and risk and issue management.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, with transparent reporting to senior leadership, and track benefits realization.
- Lead cross-functional teams of business, IT, OT, and partner resources, and manage system integrators and vendors, including contracts and commercial discussions.
- Drive organizational change management, training, and user adoption, and mentor project managers across the Digital organization.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of project or program management experience, leading large, complex digitalization or IT/OT projects end to end.
- Hands-on experience delivering a major platform implementation such as Supply Chain Planning, CRM, PLM, ERP, or MES, and/or multi-initiative transformation programs.
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile).
- Strong financial, vendor, and change management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Manufacturing and MES experience.
- Semiconductor or high-tech experience.
- PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification.
- Fluent German; additional languages are a benefit.
- Willingness to travel to Nexperia sites.
