About the role
This role involves leading the end-to-end execution of project deliverables within the Platform Software department. You will be instrumental in the development of Mobileye’s advanced autonomous driving systems.
What you'll do
- Lead the end-to-end execution of project deliverables, including requirements definition, planning, execution, and delivery.
- Drive and participate in technical discussions, proactively remove obstacles, and act as a unifying force and leader within the team.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects.
- Coordinate work across a large cross-functional organization, covering algorithm acceleration, sensor integration, OS development, and in-vehicle visualization.
- Represent the group in project-level forums, prepare status reports, and communicate with senior management.
- Collaborate closely with R&D groups, engaging in technical discussions within a highly multidisciplinary environment.
What you'll need
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related Engineering/Scientific field.
- 10+ years of experience in technical project/program management, system engineering, or agile team leadership.
- Solid experience in system design, architecture, and software development.
- Fluency in Hebrew and English.
