About the role

This role involves owning the operating model for AI enablement and insights, covering AI dashboards, data foundations, and AI asset management.

What you'll do

  • Own the dashboard portfolio as a product, defining audience, decision drivers, roadmap, and retirement.
  • Set the quality bar for data pipelines from Salesforce to Snowflake and manage dispute resolution.
  • Define and operate the lifecycle for reusable AI assets, including submission, review, and publication.
  • Charter and run review councils for AI assets, establishing go/no-go frameworks.
  • Design and measure the adoption architecture for AI tools and insights, tracking consistent usage and active cohorts.

What you'll need

  • Experience moving an organization from AI enthusiasm to AI operating behavior.
  • Fluency in how skills, agents, and prompts are built to set a quality bar.
  • Editorial judgment to manage the production of dashboards and AI assets.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • Program, transformation, or operations leadership at enterprise scale.
  • Ownership of an AI or digital adoption program, including rollout sequencing, champion networks, and adoption measurement.
  • Experience designing operating models (decision rights, intake workflows, escalation, executive review cadence).
  • Ownership of a reporting portfolio serving ICs, managers, and executives.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce commercial data and a modern cloud warehouse.
  • Fluency with generative AI (LLMs, agents, prompting, evaluation).
  • Hands-on depth in SQL, Python, Snowflake or dbt, dashboard development, MCP and API integration, or agent engineering.
