About the role
This role is responsible for semiconductor manufacturing processes within a silicon foundry, overseeing process development, qualification, and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Manage semiconductor manufacturing processes within a silicon foundry NTI/NPI to HVM environment.
- Oversee process development, qualification, and continuous improvement for silicon manufacturing technologies.
- Drive wafer yield improvement initiatives using SPC and data-driven methodologies.
- Support technology transfer and product qualification from NTI/NPI to HVM.
- Ensure process robustness, manufacturability, and Quality Compliance, including Change Management.
- Lead problem solving on quality issues and co-lead Task Force teams for quality escalation issues.
- Support cost reduction and value engineering initiatives.
What you'll need
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with at least 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with SPC, DOE, FMEA, Root-Cause Analysis methodologies.
- Data-driven mindset with focus on quality, yield, and delivery.
