About the role
This role involves developing reference designs for Qorvo products and providing technical support for RF front-end products in various communication applications.
What you'll do
- Provide technical support for a portfolio of RF front-end products.
- Collaborate with customers and the sales team to expand the High Performance RF Solutions business.
- Develop reference designs and implement custom RF matching circuits.
- Determine customer requirements for specific applications and recommend solutions, including design-in assistance.
- Troubleshoot customer system implementations of Qorvo's products.
- Work with the design team and product line manager to create datasheets, application notes, evaluation boards, and training material.
- Ensure customer requirements are met with new product introductions.
- Conduct competitive technical analysis and benchmarking.
What you'll need
- BS degree with a focus on RF/Microwave.
- 15+ years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with RF semiconductors for power amplifiers, LNA, RF switches, attenuators, and filters.
- Experience using spectrum analyzers, signal generators, network analyzer, and oscilloscopes.
- Ability to create reference designs through design of matching networks.
- Capable of nonlinear simulation in ADS or MWO.

- Masters preferred with focus on RF/Microwave.
