About the role
This role leads the Production Control and System Project Management team for Tualatin Order Execution, focusing on customer order delivery.
What you'll do
- Own Order Execution across manufacturing sites in Tualatin, OR.
- Drive performance for On-Time as Committed shipments, meeting Customer demand to requested need dates.
- Direct functional responsibilities and development of System Project Management and Production Control local team.
- Drive achievement of organizational goals and core values through delivery of cross-functional objectives and people strategies.
- Partner with internal stakeholders in Sales Operations, Product Management, and Global Operations to drive continuous improvement in order fulfillment processes.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in order fulfillment, supply chain, or operations roles.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in senior management role within a global, matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence and customer outcomes at scale.
- Strong problem-solving capability with experience driving structured root-cause methodologies (e.g., 8D).
- Strong working knowledge of manufacturing operations.
Nice to have
- Master's degree (MBA, Engineering, Supply Chain or other Operational discipline).
- Experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or similarly complex global industries.
- Experience in both NPI and volume manufacturing.
- Track record of improving customer delivery performance and operational efficiency.
- Strong data-driven decision-making and performance management capability.
