About the role
This role involves managing dry etch processes and continuously improving defense lines to ensure wafer quality, yield, and performance in Fab 16. The position focuses on new product introduction, tech node transfer, and equipment CIP.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute systems to ensure Fab process capability (SPC/FDC/R2R) under comprehensive defense line protection.
- Supervise and execute Fab conversions under defined business procedures.
- Protect new product introductions and tech node transfers.
- Lead the development and optimization of dry etch processes.
- Coordinate the continuous improvement parts (CIP) of dry etch equipment.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
What you'll need
- Experience with dry etch processes.
- Demonstrated ability in Fab process capability (SPC/FDC/R2R).
- Experience with new product introduction and tech node transfer.
- Background in equipment CIP management.
- Expertise in yield enhancement and quality improvement.
- Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role-appropriate AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively.
