What you'll do
- Supervise the delivery of pre- and post-sales services, customer retention initiatives, and customer contact strategies. - Analyze operational processes, review procedures, and conduct training needs assessments to improve service delivery. - Coordinate between customers and internal manufacturing, sales, field service, order processing, and accounting teams to resolve production, delivery, status, and billing inquiries. - Manage return materials authorization (RMA) workflows for customer returns, exchanges, service, and repairs, and submit warranty claims. - Select, develop, and evaluate exempt and non-exempt personnel, including technicians and support personnel, while advising units to meet schedules.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience as a lead or supervisor of a technical team, Master's degree with 0 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Experience supervising technical teams consisting of exempt personnel or skilled non-exempt staff such as technicians. - Experience managing return materials authorization (RMA) processes and customer retention (CRM) operations. - Experience presenting technical information regarding project schedules to cross-functional peer groups.
