About the role
This role involves leading the team responsible for building and executing the business plan for memory products at key hyperscale customers, with a focus on cloud memory and influencing industry trends.
What you'll do
- Define and champion the long-term strategy for Micron’s cloud memory business.
- Inspire, develop, and empower a diverse, cross-functional business development organization.
- Develop and operationalize robust 3-5 year strategic business plans focused on revenue growth, volume expansion, and profit optimization for key hyperscale customers and memory product lines (DDR, LPDDR, GDDR).
- Forge deep partnerships with hyperscale customers, acting as their strategic advisor and advocate, ensuring product roadmaps are aligned with customer requirements.
- Oversee the development of compelling go-to-market plans and collateral, positioning Micron’s memory solutions.
- Direct demand forecasting and total addressable market (TAM) planning for cloud customers.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical Engineering or other technical field.
- At least 10 years experience in data center-related field with customer experience.
- At least 10 years experience leading and building high performing teams.
- Demonstrated experience driving AI-related initiatives and effectively leveraging AI.

- Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration.
