About the role
This role involves owning end-to-end supply planning, revenue forecasting, and customer commit management across Marvell's Connectivity portfolio. The position leads the team responsible for aligning Marvell's Connectivity roadmap and factory execution with demanding customer programs, including hyperscale cloud customer scale-up initiatives.
What you'll do
- Own the supply planning strategy for optical DSP, Ethernet PHY, and PCIe retimer product lines, translating hyperscale AI infrastructure buildouts into executable supply plans.
- Represent Marvell in customer supply chain executive reviews and brief Marvell's executive team on program health.
- Lead recovery, ramp, and scale-up programs for AI/cloud customers, including capacity and commit negotiations.
- Own the revenue forecast for Connectivity, driving quarterly and monthly alignment across BU, Sales, and Finance.
- Manage customer commit and delinquency exposure across a multi-billion-dollar portfolio including optical modules, PHYs, and retimers.
- Build and lead a team of BU planners, instilling planning discipline and proactive, data-driven decision-making.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Operations.
- 15+ years in semiconductor or systems supply chain planning, including 7+ years in a leadership role owning a P&L-significant product line or customer relationship.
- Direct experience supporting hyperscale cloud, AI infrastructure, or high-speed interconnect customers.
- Familiarity with the optical/electrical interconnect ecosystem: optical modules and DSPs, Ethernet PHYs, PCIe/CXL retimers, or active copper cabling.
- Proven track record owning revenue forecasting, customer commits, and capacity allocation in a fast-growth, supply-constrained environment.
- Experience with advanced planning systems (e.g., Kinaxis, Oracle, SAP IBP) and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
