This role involves designing and optimizing manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor technologies, specifically focusing on integrated materials solutions for Logic and/or Memory scaling.
What you'll do
- Lead FEOL/MEOL/BEOL projects for Advanced Logic and/or Memory for IMS group.
- Provide technical leadership for module development for logic and/or memory technologies (e.g., Channel, Junction, Gate, Contact, Interconnects, NAND, DRAM).
- Design and implement new technology for integrated materials solutions.
- Develop, plan, and execute process engineering projects for novel integrated materials solutions.
- Interact with customers and BUs to resolve complex process engineering issues for various products.
- Generate internal and external documentation, including presentations, technical reports, and specifications for new products.
What you'll need
- In-depth expertise in CMOS logic transistor formation.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 10 - 15 Years of Experience.
