About the role
This role involves supporting EHS compliance and service operations within a semiconductor manufacturing environment, specifically coordinating with Kioxia site regulations and ASM EHS requirements.
What you'll do
- Support EHS onsite audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
- Conduct regular workplace safety observations and report findings.
- Participate in Kioxia Safety Subcommittee meetings.
- Coordinate, facilitate, and maintain records for EHS, SEAJ, and customer-required safety training programs.
- Ensure proper management, filing, and retention of EHS documentation.
- Consolidate service and equipment performance data for operational reporting.
- Support general office administration tasks and communication between local teams, customers, and global stakeholders.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in EHS within the semiconductor, manufacturing, or high-tech industry.
- Knowledge of occupational health & safety regulations, risk assessment, incident management, and audit processes.
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Kioxia safety requirements, site procedures, and customer-specific EHS expectations.
- Experience in semiconductor service operations or engineering support.
