About the role
As a Solutions Engineer in the Customer Success team, you will support Tier 1 and territory accounts across the Americas and Silicon Valley to enable adoption, retention, and expansion of Keysight EDA software solutions. You will collaborate with customer engineering teams to build design flows and provide technical demonstrations using tools such as ADS, RFPro, SystemVue, and IC-CAP.
What you'll do
- Establish and expand Keysight EDA solutions within customer design flows across new and existing accounts.
- Prioritize technical and design activities at customer sites, analyzing existing design flows, technical gaps, and adoption opportunities.
- Develop and execute customer success plans to facilitate software adoption across new design teams and workflows.
- Manage technical issues and escalations to resolution, coordinating directly with customers and internal management.
- Demonstrate EDA software capabilities and design flows tailored to existing and emerging communication standards.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in RF System, RFIC/MMIC/Module, High-Speed Digital, Applications Engineering, or Technical Support.
- Knowledge of fundamental concepts in Communication Systems design, Electronic System Level (ESL) design, High-Speed Digital (HSD) design, or RF/Microwave design (including Electromagnetics).
- Knowledge of Keysight EDA tools such as ADS, SystemVue, or other industry EDA software.
- US Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.
- Project or program management experience in aerospace/defense or commercial applications.
- Experience working with distributed customers and distributed internal teams.
- Expert-level knowledge of RF & Microwave design, Communication Systems design, and Electronic System Level design and verification.
- Proven expertise with Keysight EDA tools including ADS and SystemVue.
