About the role
The Software Program Manager drives planning and execution across key software initiatives supporting high-performance computing (HPC) and AI datacenter scale-out networking interconnects. The role manages schedules, dependencies, and release readiness across complex software, firmware, hardware, validation, and platform workstreams.
What you'll do
- Lead software project planning, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables in partnership with engineering leaders.
- Coordinate software commitments against hardware and platform milestones, including bring-up, integration, and readiness reviews.
- Partner across development, test, DevOps, firmware, hardware, platform systems engineering, and field teams to track release scope and go/no-go decisions.
- Establish project dashboards, status reporting, risk registers, and Jira workflows to maintain engineering operating cadence.
- Track customer-facing escalations, mitigation plans, bug triage, and resolution status with support and field engineering.
- Maintain project artifacts, schedules, decisions, and technical documentation of ownership across teams.
What you'll need
- 3+ years of experience in software project management, including direct ownership of schedules, dependencies, and release execution.
- Experience supporting high-performance computing (HPC), AI/ML infrastructure, or performance-critical systems environments.
- Experience coordinating software deliverables against hardware or platform schedules, including bring-up, integration, and system-level milestones.
- Proficiency with modern methodologies, AI workflows, Jira, and Confluence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Software Engineering background.
- Exposure to fabric, networking, or silicon product development, or AI training and inference infrastructure at scale.
