About the role
This role involves applying software systems engineering expertise to address data flow challenges from the System Under Test to the Cloud and back to engineers.
What you'll do
- Be accountable for automated monitoring of data store health and readiness.
- Own data automation, including generation, ingress, conversion, egress, report outs, and documentation.
- Optimize data processes and transformations to improve efficacy and efficiency.
- Engage with multi-functional leadership and teams to integrate output with project work streams.
- Hands-on debug to root cause performance and data/analysis flow and delivery challenges.
- Assist multi-functional technical teams with targeted ad hoc analyses methodologies.
What you'll need
- Experience with software systems engineering.
- Experience addressing data flow challenges from System Under Test to the Cloud.
- Expertise in SQL, JSON, Python.
- Strong knowledge of .Net, Java, JavaScript, C#, XML.
- Strong proven experience of Databases/BI Tools like SQL and No-SQL, Looker, PowerBI, Sigma, Excel.
- Experience with process Flow – GitHub, Nifi, ADF, Azure DevOps, Snowflake ELT.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SCADA – automation systems, test device endpoint control, and API experience.
