About the role
This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions to optimize factory scheduling and simulation for wafer and backend manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Design and develop software architectures for factory scheduling and simulation, including data pipelines, web applications, and simulation models.
- Develop and implement software solutions using Python, C++, Java, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Collaborate with data engineers to integrate software solutions with data pipelines and architectures.
- Develop and maintain software documentation and metadata.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, including mentoring junior engineers.
- Coordinate solutions across business, data analysts, and IT teams for seamless integration and successful implementation.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on software architecture and design.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, Java, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with data engineering, including data pipelines, architectures, and tools.
- Experience with full stack development, including front-end and back-end development.
- Hands-on experience with shop-floor operations in wafer and backend manufacturing.

- Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully coordinating solutions across business, data analysts, and IT teams.
