About the role
This role involves managing complex silicon IP program deliveries, ensuring successful customer tape-outs and integration. You will work with some of the industry's most complex IP.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout IP program delivery.
- Own statement of work (SOW), program schedules, milestones, and deliverables across analog IP, digital IP, and SoC integration efforts.
- Coordinate cross-functional global teams including design, verification, applications, and sales.
- Identify technical, resource, and schedule risks early and drive mitigation plans.
- Report program health and blockers to internal leadership and customers.
What you'll need
- BSEE or equivalent, with 10+ years of semiconductor industry experience.
- Technical program management experience in SoC design, analog IP, or digital IP development.
- Direct experience managing customer-facing programs, including schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor design flows, IP integration challenges, and what it takes to get a chip to tape out.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, across geographies and disciplines.
