About the role

The Service Repair Technician is responsible for the calibration and adjustment of products at the service center.

What you'll do

- Perform calibrations and adjustments on Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE). - Solve technical problems of limited scope and complexity, escalating more difficult issues to experienced technicians. - Execute customer service assignments with clearly defined objectives while adhering to established production processes and team delivery goals. - Clarify, analyze, develop, and implement actions and solutions while supporting field staff and customers. - Maintain compliance with ESD protocol, connector care standards, and Service Notes.

What you'll need

- Specialized training/certification, applicable Military experience, or related education. - Demonstrated electronic and mechanical competence. - Understanding of and compliance with ESD protocol and connector care. - Ability to diagnose and solve technical issues of limited scope on electronic equipment.

Nice to have

- Experience working with Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE). - 3+ years of related experience in the calibration and repair of electronic test equipment.
