About the role
This Test Engineering Intern position supports the development and implementation of strategies to achieve profitability targets on assigned product lines.
What you'll do
- Support testing and troubleshooting issues
- Develop qualification, production, and characterization test specifications
- Create and manage test documentation
- Analyze qualification, characterization, and production data
- Provide product development support by interfacing with design, test engineering, and quality engineering teams
- Design, debug, and correlate test hardware and software
- Design interface and measurement circuits to make tester capabilities compatible with product definitions
What you'll need
- Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Nice to have
- Coursework providing knowledge and background in semiconductor processing (test and characterization), process control methodology, and/or device failure analysis
- Proficiency with bench level test equipment (DC power supplies, oscilloscopes, multi-meters)
- Experience with Spotfire, JAVA, C++, Cadence, and/or other programming skills
