About the role
Applied Materials is seeking a Service Product Line Manager to drive technical programs in a cross-functional environment, support new product introductions, and contribute to the development of service products. The position focuses on service value creation and service readiness throughout the product life cycle of wafer fab equipment across multiple equipment platforms.
What you'll do
- Ensure Service Product Roadmap releases and equipment service readiness across training, documentation, spares readiness, and part repair.
- Support Design for Installation and Design for Service programs for capital equipment.
- Perform managerial analysis including Return on Investment (ROI) and sensitivity analysis.
- Conduct product analytics and value estimates utilizing AI agents and dashboards.
- Support digital tool (sensor and data) development for service solutions focused on preventative and corrective maintenance value.
- Interface with suppliers and customers to monitor and report project progress against quality and cost metrics.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Master’s in Business Administration (MBA).
- Technical background in equipment and machinery.
- Ability to apply managerial analytical skills and financial quantification approaches.
- Analytical skills using software tools to create and use business intelligence tools with AI agents.
