Manage operations, capacity allocation, and release validation for the DGX Cloud Exemplar Performance Program across CSP and NCP partner environments.

Originally posted 2 November 2026 by the employer.

About the role

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to handle daily operations for the DGX Cloud Exemplar Performance Program, translating priorities into synchronized capacity, validation, debugging, and release plans across CSPs, NVIDIA Cloud Partners (NCPs), and internal engineering groups. The scope spans Slurm and Kubernetes-based training and inference benchmarking, cross-partner debugging, and PLC/OSRB release alignment.

What you'll do

  • Maintain demand and allocation levels across platforms, GPU counts, topologies, and workloads while coordinating capacity reservations, access, readiness checks, and debug windows with cluster owners.
  • Track cross-CSP performance investigations with engineering, solutions architects, and partner teams to construct playbooks and pre-flight checks for recurring issues.
  • Maintain a coordinated milestone and coverage plan across recipes, frameworks, results tooling, and QA, managing MR reviews, dependencies, and blocking regressions.
  • Connect software roadmap execution to full-stack readiness across infrastructure, bring-up, validation, and operational support.
  • Standardize intake, debug handoffs, and release evidence practices, expanding processes from training workloads into inference, Kubernetes, and agentic benchmarking.
  • Establish rhythms for Product Life Cycle (PLC) milestones, monthly release cadences, and program delivery health metrics.

What you'll need

  • 8+ years of technical program management experience with a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, AI, or a related field.
  • Practical knowledge of inference systems, cloud platforms, and distributed computing to evaluate engineering updates and direct investigations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing programs across multiple time zones and multi-stakeholder organizations from kickoff through partner-facing delivery.
  • Background in software release management, QA coordination, and platform validation cycles, including compliance routines such as open-source review, security review, or PLC/OSRB.
  • Experience utilizing large-scale Agile tracking tools and reporting systems such as Jira or NVBugs.
