About the role

ASIC NPI leads the transition of complex semiconductor products from design to high-volume manufacturing (HVM).

What you'll do

Develop and own the end-to-end silicon NPI strategy, aligning with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations teams to meet product lifecycle milestones (EVT, DVT, PVT).
Drive Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT) requirements.
Optimize wafer fabrication, assembly, and test processes to maximize yield and reduce costs, including in advanced packaging.
Oversee vendor management, contract manufacturer (CM) strategy, and material procurement to ensure capacity and timely engineering build schedules.
Lead cross-functional teams to resolve technical and supply constraints during the NPI phase, ensuring a transfer to mass production.
Guarantee that products meet quality standards and reliability specifications before product release in conjunction with the Quality team.

Experience leading the transition of complex semiconductor products from design to high-volume manufacturing (HVM).
Track record driving cross-functional strategies for engineering validation, manufacturing yield, supply chain readiness, and cost optimization.
Experience managing product lifecycle milestones, including EVT, DVT, and PVT.
Background driving DFM and DFT requirements across wafer fabrication, assembly, and test processes, including advanced packaging.
Experience managing vendors, contract manufacturers (CM), and material procurement to support engineering build schedules.
