About the role
This role involves deep technical ownership in Test Solutions Engineering, developing Automated Test Equipment (ATE) production test solutions for custom silicon products. The position ensures products meet the standards of hyperscaler customers.
What you'll do
- Develop Automated Test Equipment (ATE) test solutions, including test architecture and bring-up activities.
- Create detailed test plans, define experiments, and perform in-depth analyses to validate the yield, performance, and reliability of custom products.
- Develop test screening methods based on product application conditions, IP capabilities, design timing margins, and process technology specifications.
- Utilize a product’s Design for Test (DFT) solution to explore and bound the operating space, characterize silicon variations, and drive failure root-cause analysis.
- Partner with design teams and customers to define Design for Test (DFT) requirements and test strategy.
- Collaborate with customers, design, DFT, operations, and reliability teams to ensure test solutions meet coverage, quality, and schedule requirements.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Design for Test (DFT), or Technology Characterization.
- Expertise in Product Engineering and Test Development.
- Expertise in Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
- Expertise in Design-for-test methodology.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Perl, or R within a Linux environment.

- Expertise in Statistics and data analysis techniques.
- Expertise in Semiconductor process technology.
- Expertise in Reliability and qualification methodologies.
