About the role
What you'll do
- Own full PE product lifecycle, focusing on delivering high-quality products.
- Provide support for DfT, product releases, and qualifications.
- Ensure compliance with JEDEC and AEC standards, and generate datasheet/automotive compliance reports.
- Provide real-time customer support for design, product, and quality-related issues.
- Perform Temperature/Voltage/Process characterization and production limit setting.
- Manage product BOM release and maintenance, and monitor production data using statistical analysis for yield and quality deficiencies.
What you'll need
- 12+ years experience in product engineering.
- Familiarity with ATE tester platforms (e.g., Teradyne J750, Advantest 93K).
- Knowledge of analog and mix-signal circuitry, common building blocks, device physics, test methodology, and DFT.
- Experience with common lab test equipment (DC power supply, oscilloscope, multi-meters).
- Familiarity with JEDEC/AEC qualification standards and stress test conditions.
- Experience in yield management tools such as JMP and Spotfire, and applying statistical analysis.
Nice to have
- Bench characterization experience.
- Experience with qual hardware/software development.
- Knowledge of Semiconductor Failure Analysis.
- MS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
