About the role
This role is responsible for consolidating NPI and production forecasts into a single, prioritized EBI loading plan and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time product delivery.
What you'll do
- Consolidate NPI and production forecasts into a prioritized EBI loading plan by site.
- Represent the NPI scope in the weekly NPI–MSI Planning Collaboration Meeting.
- Inform OSAT of critical EBIs requiring expedite or special build handling.
- Act as the primary point of contact for EBI owners on urgent matters.
- Identify and escalate capacity clashes affecting NPI builds.
- Raise e-Forms to issue production materials and track material usage.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in NPI planning, production planning, or supply chain planning within a semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP systems for e-Form and material transactions.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
- Strong sense of urgency and ownership.
Nice to have
- Direct exposure to OSAT/subcontractor coordination.
- Familiarity with new product introduction processes and build stages (e.g., SAT, ICOS, OS testing).
- Proficiency in Power BI.
