This role involves memory macro design and architecture verification within the Research & Development team.
What you'll do
- Lead the development of embedded memory compilers.
- Interact with concept engineers and internal customers on compiler definition.
- Collaborate with project managers on project setup and tracking.
- Perform hands-on work and support on memory design, characterization, and verification.
- Lead an expert team executing the design, characterization, and verification of memories.
- Contribute to the improvement of development processes and tool flow.
What you'll need
- A degree in electrical engineering or computer science.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in transistor level circuit design and spice level simulation.
- Strong technical background in design, simulation, and verification of semiconductor electronic circuits.
- Full custom digital or memory design experience in technically leading a project team.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
