About the role

Keysight is seeking a product leader to define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI Data Center Builder platform. The role focuses on translating market trends and customer insights into networking solutions optimized for AI-driven data centers.

What you'll do

- Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap while aligning goals with business objectives and market needs. - Gather and prioritize customer requirements and feedback. - Conduct pricing, positioning, messaging, and launch planning. - Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities. - Work closely with engineering teams, architects, and designers to ensure technical feasibility, refine offerings, and maintain product delivery standards. - Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support.

What you'll need

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. - Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience with prior product management ownership of a networking solution. - Deep understanding of Ethernet network switching and BGP/ISIS/OSPF routing. - Deep understanding of data center network infrastructure, including SmartNIC, CLOS switching topology, open-source NOS SONiC, and vendor NOS EOS and iOS. - Knowledge of networking techniques to optimize AI data centers, including RDMA, RoCEv2, ESUN, LLR, CBFC, UltraEthernet, Adaptive Routing, and Dynamic Load Balancing. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying network functions and infrastructure as services. - Proven experience defining product strategy and product roadmaps.

Nice to have

- MBA or equivalent. - Experience working within the network test industry. - Understanding of AI algorithms, neural networks, and machine learning models. - Previous experience in software development and agile CI/CD/CT processes. - Hands-on experience working with how to apply AI to solve complex problems. - Track record of authoring industry standards and public speaking.
