Originally posted 20 July 2026 by the employer.
About the role
This role supports the mass production launch of new GPU hardware and AI Supercomputing Platforms, including HGX and DGX systems. Responsibilities center on establishing manufacturing processes, defining system-level test requirements, and optimizing production lines to meet cost, quality, and yield targets.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with NPI teams for smooth production ramp at worldwide manufacturing sites, identifying and implementing process improvements with cross-functional partners.
- Recommend, drive, and ensure compliance to DFx requirements for robust signal integrity performance across layout, mechanical components, and assembly procedures.
- Develop and deliver test specs for system-level manufacturing screens to satisfy required HW coverage, quality, and product requirements.
- Drive alternate components qualifications and BOM updates.
- Collaborate with CMs to define product assembly lines, number of test stations, and assembly fixtures optimized for cost and throughput.
- Solve challenging yield and test problems on the production floor by developing solutions and WARs through volume data analysis and lab experimentation.
What you'll need
- BS or MS degree in EE/CE or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Knowledge and experience in GPU and/or CPU development, design, and system architecture.
- Technical background in high-speed interconnects, memories (HBM, GDDR, etc.), system reliability, and server RAS features.
- Knowledge of statistics, timing analysis, and fault analysis.
Nice to have
- Prior board/system level electrical design experience.
- Mass production experience.
- Track record of continuous process improvement with tools and automation.
