Focus on enabling ODM partners to adopt STX and BlueField-based storage platforms across cluster-level deployments.

About the role

This Senior Partner Enablement Product Manager, Storage Platform role owns storage solution adoption and enablement across ODM partners, with a focus on integrating storage platforms into cluster-level and rack-scale deployments. You will serve as the primary link between storage architecture and the ODM ecosystem, driving design-in engagements for STX and BlueField (BF4) platform-based systems.

What you'll do

- Lead storage design-in engagements with ODMs, conducting architecture reviews, system integration, and solution alignment at the cluster level. - Ensure ODM alignment to storage architectures across compose, testing, production, and deployment phases. - Guide partners on cluster-level storage integration, addressing performance, scalability, and system tradeoffs within compute environments. - Serve as the interface between ODM partners and internal teams, translating partner feedback and constraints into actionable input for storage architecture and product roadmaps. - Develop and scale enablement materials, including reference architectures, design guides, and integration frameworks for repeatable ODM execution. - Track ODM adoption, architecture alignment, and friction points, reporting insights to internal stakeholders.

What you'll need

- 12+ years of experience working directly within ODMs or in roles deeply engaging ODM partners on storage systems. - Expertise in storage system architecture, including distributed storage and high-performance storage environments. - Understanding of cluster-level architectures, including compute and storage integration. - Proven experience with ODM development cycles, covering design-in, validation, manufacturing, and delivery. - Working knowledge of STX architectures and BlueField (BF4)-based storage systems. - Bachelor's degree or Master's degree with equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent specialization.

Nice to have

- Experience with rack-scale system design and deployment in AI or hyperscale environments. - Prior experience working at or embedded with a Tier 1 ODM on infrastructure programs. - Familiarity with NVIDIA AI infrastructure stack and ecosystem integrations. - Mandarin proficiency.
