About the role
This role involves the overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits for DRAM and emerging memory products. You will contribute to products utilizing new DRAM, emerging memory products and IP’s.
What you'll do
- Contribute to the design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits.
- Support design validation, verification, reticle experiments, and tape-out revisions.
- Perform verification processes using modeling and simulation with industry standard simulators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups for standardization.
- Work with various engineering groups to ensure product manufacturability.
- Solicit inputs from various development groups to ensure design quality and reliability.
What you'll need
- Experience leading a team of engineers and technical subject matter experts.
- Knowledge of Custom Circuit Design, Analog Design, Verification, and Layout.
- Knowledge of Memory Design and complete product design and development flow.
- Understanding of Power network development and analysis.
- Experience with Reliability analysis and improvements.
- Knowledge of State machine modelling, design, and verification.
- Familiarity with a scripting language (Python, Tcl, Perl).
- Familiarity with various memory design architectures.
- Exposure to various CAD tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Post Graduate Degree in Electronics Engineering or related engineering field.
- 3+ years of experience.
