About the role

As a Senior Product Engineering Manager within the FPGA Business Unit, you will lead the product engineering team supporting new product development and market rollout. The role focuses on FPGA and SoC product lines, driving qualification, yield enhancement, and offshore bring-up across cross-functional teams including Test Engineering, Package Engineering, and Silicon Engineering.

What you'll do

- Lead the Product Engineering team and guide team growth through internal development and strategic hiring. - Help define manufacturing plans and drive execution of qualification for FPGA and SoC products. - Supervise and support test limit validation, yield enhancement, and failure analysis to enable rollout. - Direct offshore bring-up, address yield issues, and drive corrective actions for new product introduction and production ramp. - Drive continuous improvement in yields, quality, and time to market while enabling customer shipments and revenue ramp.

What you'll need

- BSEE, MSEE, or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering. - 15+ years of industry-related experience in electrical engineering, including at least 10 years leading or managing a team. - In-depth knowledge of solid-state physics, silicon reliability, and process failure mechanisms. - 5+ years of knowledge of SoC product qualifications following JEDEC standards. - Hands-on experience with data management tools like KLA and JMP. - Understanding of SoC and FPGA architectures as well as FPGA software design suites.

Nice to have

- Experience in scripting languages such as Perl or Python. - Knowledge of AECQ-100 or MIL-STD-883 qualification standards.
