About the role
This role involves leading a design team focused on verifying complete products using advanced memory technologies. The scope includes end-to-end analysis of complex full chip gate level custom designs with low power and power management technologies such as DDR4, LPDDR4, DDR5, and LPDDR5, capable of operating at speeds up to 6400MT/s.
What you'll do
- Guide the verification effort for projects undertaken by the team. - Lead cross-site efforts to develop verification methodology and environments for advanced DRAM and emerging memory products. - Provide technical advice to senior management on significant issues. - Establish best methods within the group through development meetings and technical forums. - Provide verification support to design projects by simulating, analyzing, and debugging pre-silicon full chip designs. - Develop test cases/stimulus to increase verification coverage for DRAM and emerging memory architectures and features. - Drive the development of test benches and test vectors using simulation tools and run regressions for coverage analysis.
What you'll need
- Ability to drive and guide a team for successful completion of DRAM projects. - Analytical capability to analyze complex CMOS and gate level circuit designs. - Proficiency with SPICE and Verilog simulations. - Bachelor's or Post Graduate Degree in Electronics Engineering or related engineering field. - 12+ years of experience.
