About the role
This role involves leading technical deployments of NVIDIA AI systems and supporting NCP (NVIDIA Cloud Partner) and Enterprise integration.
What you'll do
- Provide onsite technical leadership for large-scale NVIDIA AI datacenter deployments, ensuring seamless integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and deployment issues across GPU, networking, and storage technologies.
- Act as a technical expert supporting sales teams, driving adoption of NVIDIA solutions.
- Lead technical engagement with customer engineers, architects, and decision-makers to identify system architectures and key product requirements.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in system design or technical customer support within the technology industry, including hands-on involvement in cloud partner architecture/solution validation, deployment, and scaling activities.
- Deep knowledge of datacenter hardware such as servers, storage systems, and network devices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
