- Drive experiments from process split definition to realization in the clean room.
- Analyze available in-line metrology and electrical test data.
- Ensure process stability and quality of the manufacturing route for mass-production release.
- Lead derivative projects with focus on Backend of Line.
What you'll need
- University degree (Master's degree or PhD) in Physics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Material Sciences.
