About the role
This role involves Memory System Design for HBF-based products.
What you'll do
- Drive HBF-controller interface specifications and alignment.
- Define HBF management algorithms.
- Define HBF reliability and performance improvement algorithms.
- Work with FW team on implementation.
- Work with Validation team on defining test objectives, measurement, and debug planning.
- Verify and characterize algorithms on actual systems.
What you'll need
- 6+ years (BS) or 3+ years (MS) experience in NAND flash–based or related system design.
- Knowledge of programming in high-level languages (e.g. C, C++, Python).
- Experience on NAND management algorithms and qualification flow.
- Proven experience leading products/projects and managing stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of AI server hardware/software frameworks.
- Knowledge of LLM algorithm.
