About the role
This role involves dynamic and cross-functional quality engineering, interacting with customers, Entegris teams, and suppliers.
What you'll do
- Engage with customers and company teams on problem solving and change management.
- Participate in customer and internal audits, project development, and product support programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various products, regions, and companies.
- Support FOUP/Shipper, LMC, and GMC products for a semiconductor industry IDM.
What you'll need
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electric/Electronic Engineering, or related technical field.
- At least 5 years of related experience in semiconductor wafer/equipment manufacturing, raw materials supply, or equipment service.
- Experience with quality tools such as Minitab, FMEA’s, SPC, histograms, trend analysis, process mapping, design of experiments, cause and effect diagrams, and 8D problem solving methodology.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally for customer-facing responsibilities.
Nice to have
- Experience in plant quality or customer quality.
